1. What we collect

Account data — name and email address used to sign in via magic link.
Booking data — appointments, services, schedules and notes you enter.
Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
Usage data — basic logs and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide scheduling and payment features, send transactional messages (such as confirmations and reminders), prevent abuse, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run KalendFlow — for example Stripe (payments), and our email and SMS providers (notifications) — and only as needed to deliver the Service or comply with law.

4. Health information

KalendFlow is not HIPAA compliant. Do not enter Protected Health Information or clinical details into booking forms, questionnaires or notes. The Service is for scheduling and payment only.

5. Retention & your choices

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including passwordless sign-in and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
