Practitioner membership

The KalendFlow practitioner membership is $10 per month and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges, and your access continues through the end of the current paid month. Monthly membership fees are generally non-refundable for partial periods.

Appointments booked with a practitioner

Deposits and payments your clients make for appointments are governed by the individual practitioner's cancellation policy, which is shown at the time of booking. KalendFlow gives each practitioner control over their own rules, including:

Whether cancellations and reschedules are allowed.
How much notice is required before an appointment.
Whether a refund is issued to the original payment method or as account credit.
Whether late cancellations forfeit a deposit.

When an eligible refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method or applied as account credit according to that practitioner's policy. Refunds to a card typically take several business days to appear, depending on the bank.
