Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KalendFlow (the "Service"), a scheduling and booking platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. KalendFlow uses passwordless, magic-link sign-in; keep access to your email secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to operate a practice on the Service.

3. Membership & billing

Booking and managing appointments is free for clients.
A practitioner membership is billed at $10 per month, charged in advance via our payment processor (Stripe).
Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be added where required.

4. Payments you collect

Practitioners may collect deposits, full payments, packages and credits from their clients through the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your pricing, your own cancellation and refund policies, and for fulfilling the services you sell. KalendFlow facilitates scheduling and payment but is not a party to the agreement between you and your clients.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access data without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes. KalendFlow is not HIPAA compliant. Do not store or transmit Protected Health Information or other sensitive clinical data through the Service.

6. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and KalendFlow's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.
